This dame is inspired by Dame Edna, a character by an Australian comedian famous for her light purple hair and cat eye glasses or "face furniture" as the Dame called it. I remember seeing this act as a child when I was at my grandma's house. Her quirky voice, bright style, and sarcasm were infectious. This Amazon horned frog with her wide mouth reminded me of the dame so I adorned her with the iconic face furniture and fancy chandelier earrings.
