The name Sanaa is of African decent and has a meaning of "brilliance." I have always wanted to travel to Africa to go on a safari to see wild animals, but I'm too terrified for what happens after dark. I mean have you seen those videos? EEK, no way. For this painting, I gave her striped glasses to match her striped fur and put the safari truck tracks in the background. Maybe one day I will be brave enough to make that safari in Africa happen. Maybe.
